Previously, on November 19, the People's Committee of Thang Binh district issued decisions on compulsory land recovery for the households of Mr. Phan Minh Hong, Le Khac Chung and Nguyen Thien Quang on November 28 and 29.
Before carrying out the enforcement, Thang Binh district had many meetings and dialogues with the above 3 households to propagate and mobilize, and at the same time announced the latest document (Official Document 8988, issued by the Provincial People's Committee on November 19 regarding the settlement of land clearance problems in the railway overpass area of the National Highway 14E Renovation and Upgrading Project) .
The district has emphasized the policy of land acquisition, compensation, support, site clearance, and resettlement for affected households in the railway overpass area, calculated from the center of the road to each side 15.7m. For cases where households, organizations, and individuals have submitted applications for site clearance of the entire area, the policy of compensation, land acquisition, and organization of management and use of the area outside the land clearance strip after acquisition must be in accordance with regulations.
After the dialogue, Mr. Le Khac Chung's household and Mr. Phan Minh Hong's household agreed to sign the land handover minutes and were drawn and allocated a resettlement plot in group 3 and 4, Quy Thanh village.
By noon on November 27, the last household, Mr. Nguyen Thien Quang, had also signed the site handover minutes.
