360 billion VND invested in the construction of Dong Phu 2 Resettlement Area

(HG) - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the Dong Phu 2 Resettlement Area project with Chau Thanh District People's Committee as the investor. The investment objective is to arrange resettlement land for people affected by the site clearance of Dong Phu 2 Industrial Park project; Song Hau 2 Industrial Park and other projects in Chau Thanh district.

Dong Phu 2 resettlement area with a land use area of about 13.91 hectares, is expected to arrange about 588 resettlement plots, including items such as: site leveling; roads, sidewalks, trees; water supply and drainage; fire prevention and fighting; electricity supply; public lighting; parks and other auxiliary items.

Construction site of Dong Phu 2 Resettlement Area in Dong Phu Commune, Chau Thanh District, Hau Giang Province. This is a Group B project, type of traffic works, technical infrastructure, level III medical works; the design life of the main works is not less than 50 years; the total construction investment is 360 billion VND. Investment capital and expected capital arrangement plan according to project implementation progress from the local budget. It is expected to arrange enough capital equal to the total investment according to project implementation progress in the period from 2024-2027.
