The Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the list of units organizing English proficiency assessment tests according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, as of the end of March 2025.
According to the list, there are 38 units including universities, academies, and colleges nationwide that are qualified to organize English proficiency tests according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, specifically as follows:
