4 priority areas for housing project development

According to the orientation of Dong Nai city, there are four strategic spatial zones, and the locality is focusing on mobilizing resources for large-scale housing projects, linked to modern transportation infrastructure and aiming for sustainable housing for workers.

The new development zone is the Long Thanh Airport urban area and the Metro railway line. This area prioritizes large-scale projects in the airport urban center, high-rise apartment complexes, and office buildings. In addition, there will be social housing and housing for workers.

The existing central urban area in Bien Hoa - Long Khanh - Nhon Trach focuses on upgrading living spaces and utilizing land from industrial conversion. The development of "mega-projects" along the riverbanks continues to create scenic landscapes. In addition, social housing projects are being implemented to address the housing shortage right in the urban core.
