After three rigorous rounds of judging, the organizing committee awarded prizes to 40 outstanding works in the following categories: reflections on books, short stories and poems promoting reading, continuation of stories, and plans for developing a reading culture. The organizing committee selected the 6 top-winning entries to participate in the national final round. Additionally, two prizes were awarded to the unit with the highest number of participating students and the unit with the most winning students.
The organizers presented awards to the winning contestants.
Mr. Nong Hong Thuc, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition, presented two collective awards to two schools.
The competition further affirms the role and influence of books and reading culture in families, schools, and society. It is not only a valuable platform for students to share their feelings and experiences about reading, but also contributes to igniting a passion for reading, forming reading habits and skills in the younger generation, thereby promoting the reading movement and developing a sustainable reading culture in the community.
