Specifically, at 13:00 on November 24, Song Cai lake had the highest flood discharge, reaching 115.73m 3 /s. This is the lake with the largest capacity in the province (nearly 220 million m 3 and has reached more than 92% of capacity). Next are the lakes: Suoi Dau 56.33m 3 /s; Da Ban 52.4m 3 /s; Ta Ruc 38.07m 3 /s; Song Than 33.48m 3 /s; Hoa Son 20.5m 3 /s; EakrongRou 20m 3 /s. The remaining lakes are under 10m 3 /s.

According to the November 24 bulletin of the Khanh Hoa Province Hydrometeorological Station, the tropical depression is forecast to enter the East Sea on November 25, possibly strengthening into a storm and heading towards the mainland of the Central provinces, including Khanh Hoa. In another bulletin, a cold air mass that has increased in the north is moving south. From the night of November 24 and November 25, this cold air mass will affect the Khanh Hoa province.
From these weather patterns, experts predict that rain will continue to occur in the province in the coming time.
