NDO - The National High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the 2024-2025 school year took place from December 24th to 26th. This year's exam saw the participation of 6,482 candidates from teams across the country.
According to the Quality Management Department of the Ministry of Education and Training , the national high school excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year has a total of 6,482 registered candidates, an increase of 663 candidates compared to the 2023-2024 school year. Candidates will participate in the exam at 68 examination centers nationwide.
Thirteen subjects will be included in the 2024-2025 National High School Excellent Student Selection Examination: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Literature, History, Geography, English, Russian, French, Chinese, and Japanese. This year marks the first time Japanese has been included in the examination.
The national high school student excellence competition for the 2024-2025 academic year will be conducted according to the Regulations on the National Student Excellence Competition issued with Circular No. 17/2023/TT-BGDĐT dated October 10, 2023, by the Minister of Education and Training.
This is also the first year that the Ministry of Education and Training has applied the method of transporting exam papers through the Government Cipher Committee's system nationwide. On the evening of December 23rd, the Ministry of Education and Training announced that the transportation of exam papers went smoothly and quickly.
Tomorrow, December 24th, according to the published exam schedule, the Examination Board will open its doors, hold a meeting; gather candidates to explain the exam regulations; and organize a mock speaking test for the Foreign Language subject.
The Ministry of Education and Training expects to announce the exam results at the end of January 2025.
