62 units participate in the Revolutionary Song Propaganda Contest

On August 26, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the opening ceremony of the Revolutionary Song Propaganda Contest 2025, with the theme "Following in the footsteps of our ancestors". There were 90 performances from more than 62 schools/educational units in the province participating in the contest.

On August 26, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the opening ceremony of the Revolutionary Song Propaganda Contest 2025, with the theme "Following in the footsteps of our ancestors". There were 90 performances from more than 62 schools/ educational units in the province participating in the contest.

Participants are students studying at high schools, inter-level schools, ethnic boarding schools, multi-level general schools, vocational education - continuing education centers and secondary schools in the province.

The content of the performances revolves around the theme of praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland, the country, the revolutionary tradition of our army and people. The performances are divided into 2 categories, specifically: solo, duet and trio, group singing, singing and dancing.

The performances will be held over 3 days: August 26, 27 and 28. The final round and awards ceremony will be held on August 29. The Organizing Committee will award 5 A prizes, 5 B prizes, 5 C prizes for each category; along with 3 additional prizes for best propaganda, best singing and best staging.

The contest was held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2, aiming to create a broad political and cultural activity, contributing to educating the tradition of patriotism, arousing the pride and responsibility of the young generation in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
