Attending the opening ceremony were the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of H'Rôma Mlô commune; the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Lê Hồng Văn commune; the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Y Rô Ya Niê commune; and leaders of several departments, offices, and villages in the commune.
Nearly 400 amateur actors and singers from 12 villages, hamlets, the Health Center, schools, and traditional artisan groups in the commune participated in the festival.

The participating teams performed songs, dances, music, and theatrical skits praising the homeland, the country, the heroic traditions of the nation; praising the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh ; the revolutionary struggle traditions; the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; and love for the sea and islands of the homeland… In particular, many performances were elaborately staged by the teams, using folk and traditional art forms combined with modern elements.
The first Krong Nang Commune Amateur Arts Festival is an opportunity for amateur artists and performers from villages, hamlets, schools, and the Commune Health Center to meet, interact, and exchange experiences. Through this, those working in grassroots culture and arts can promptly discover artistic talents and plan for their training to better serve the cultural and spiritual life of the people, contributing to the development of the cultural and artistic movement at the grassroots level.

The festival also serves as an activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); and to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The first Krong Nang Commune Folk Art Festival in 2025 will take place over two days, August 28th and 29th. At the end of the festival, the organizing committee will select 18 outstanding performances for a public performance and a closing ceremony with awards on the evening of August 29th at the Krong Nang Commune Cultural Center.
