On the evening of August 27, the copyright holder of the Miss Asia Pacific International contest announced that 4th runner-up Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 Pham Thi Anh Vuong will represent Vietnam in this year's contest.

Anh Vuong was born in 2002, is 1.74m tall with measurements of 86-60-94 cm and is currently a student majoring in Vietnamese Studies at Saigon University. In addition to modeling, she is also a catwalk coach and media ambassador at several universities.
