ANTD.VN - Mr. Dao Cong Thang, Deputy General Director of SJC Company, was assigned to hold the position of Acting General Director, running this enterprise in place of former General Director Le Thuy Hang.
According to information released by Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC), Mr. Dao Cong Thang, who was previously Deputy General Director, is now acting General Director. According to updates on the SJC website, Mr. Thang is also the only member of the current executive board of this enterprise, Ms. Le Thuy Hang is no longer on the executive board.
Meanwhile, the SJC Board of Members currently has Mr. Tran Van Tinh as Chairman and Mr. Nguyen Tien Phuoc as Member of the Board of Members. These personnel have not changed compared to before.

The change in senior personnel at SJC took place after many employees at this enterprise were previously prosecuted.
According to information from the Ministry of Public Security , 6 people at SJC Company and related units have been prosecuted for two groups of crimes: "Embezzlement of property" and "Abuse of position and power while performing official duties". However, the representative of the Ministry of Public Security has not yet announced the identities of the individuals prosecuted.
Initial investigation results show that the defendants took advantage of the gold price stabilization business to create fake documents and books and appropriate assets.
It is known that according to the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Mr. Dao Cong Thang was assigned the position of General Director of SJC Company on October 18. Mr. Thang is responsible for leading, managing, operating and performing the duties of the General Director according to current regulations until the decision to appoint the General Director of SJC Company is made. The term of assignment of authority shall not exceed 12 months.
