The Provincial Tourism Association has just introduced to tourists a unique tourism product of the fragrant tea land, the book "Who spread the bright light on the tea hill", published by Thai Nguyen University Publishing House.

“Who spread the light on the tea hill” - the name of the book is a beautiful verse by the rustic poet Nguyen Binh that makes me feel nostalgic every time I read it. With nearly 300 pages, the book is arranged chronologically and spatially, making it convenient for visitors to choose the necessary information for their journey to explore the tea land through each section: Lingering in the shadow of ancestors; Beloved homelands; Sending love to Thailand; My homeland's scenery; Forever imbued with the flavor of Thai tea.

When holding the book in hand, turning each page while remembering the image of the ancestors, visitors will "know unknown things": That Thai Nguyen is not only the land of Tea but Thai Nguyen is also the homeland of the first Emperor of the Vietnamese people - Ly Nam De. That few people know that this "half-field, half-mountain" countryside is where the great poet Nguyen Du, the father of the Tale of Kieu, spent his years as an official, although not long, but leisurely and carefree. Especially the story of the ancestors who opened up Tan Cuong, who traveled to bring tea trees from Phu Tho to the good land so that today the tea exudes an inviting aroma.

Closing the information about the ancient people in Thai land, tourists continue to explore the beloved countryside through each word. Starting from Thai Nguyen city, the steel city. Embraced by the Cau River with its gentle flowing water, the riverside city has never rested and is creating a poetic and dynamic city. Coming to the steel city, stopping at Tan Cuong, tourists step into a special tea culture space and then "pass through Coc mountain to fall in love with each other" because this tourist destination has been "recorded in a song to be kept for posterity...".

Not only experiencing the Tan Cuong tea fields, floating on Coc mountain with a boat, visitors will also explore each sunny countryside of Thai land, namely Dai Tu, Dong Hy, Song Cong, Vo Nhai, Dinh Hoa. In each countryside, what remains is the warm human affection, the unique and dreamy cultural features, the local products that visitors "once tasted will never forget".

Also "wrapping the earth and sky in green dong leaves", Bo Dau Chung cake (Dai Tu) has won the hearts of visitors from near and far for many years because it is still sticky rice, green beans, and pork belly, but under the hands of Thai people, Chung cake has a special flavor. Sticky rice to make the cake is a specialty of the mountains and forests of Dinh Hoa. Dong leaves to wrap the cake are thick, wide, and green. The bamboo strips to wrap the cake are split from giang trees of the rocky mountains, and the green beans used to make the filling are beans from the countryside, with even seeds, thin skin, and yellow core. The water to boil the cake is spring water from the mountain behind the village, the clear water given by heaven helps the cake retain the green color of the dong leaves and creates a rich, harmonious aroma.

“Who spread the light on the tea hill” - a book that selects outstanding literary, artistic and journalistic works about the land, people and tea culture of Thai Nguyen, so when visitors hold it in their hands and turn each page, they will imagine a mysterious yet familiar Thai Nguyen, integrated but not dissolved, converging and shining. The book is also the original knowledge, the foundation for artists to continue creating for a long time. So what are you waiting for, turn each page of the book, so that the land and people of the tea land are named one by one.
