An Phu strengthens the fight against smuggling and trade fraud

Accordingly, the working group inspected grocery stores; milk, cosmetics, ready-made clothing and household goods businesses in the Quoc Thai market and Long Binh market. Most of the businesses in the area complied with regulations on business licenses, food safety and hygiene registration certificates, tax payment certificates and value-added invoices, product quality declaration papers, invoices, documents proving product origin, etc.

On this occasion, the working group disseminated and popularized the law on commercial activities, and encouraged business households not to participate in trading in smuggled goods, goods of unknown origin, counterfeit goods, and poor quality goods that affect the health of consumers. At the same time, some establishments were reminded to pay attention to the expiry date of goods, list specific prices for each product, and continue to maintain business activities that ensure quality standards according to regulations.
