On the morning of June 15 in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the closing ceremony of the National Training Conference on the organization and operation of Party organizations, government, Fatherland Front, and political organizations at the commune level (new), chaired by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and organized by central agencies.

The conference took place on June 14 and 15, in person at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , online to nearly 11,000 locations nationwide, with over 1.5 million delegates attending.
