NDO - On the morning of May 9, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War (1945–2025), at Red Square in Moscow, the Russian Federation solemnly held a military parade with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin and senior leaders of many countries. General Secretary To Lam and his wife attended this solemn event within the framework of an official visit to the Russian Federation.

President Vladimir Putin delivered the opening speech of the parade, affirming the historical significance of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 80 years ago and the spirit of solidarity against fascism.
