NDO - On the afternoon of December 3, General Secretary To Lam , Secretary of the Central Military Commission, visited and worked at the Vietnam Military History Museum.
The delegation included: General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense; Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Pham Gia Tuc, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, and leaders of functional agencies under the Ministry of National Defense .
