Accordingly, in the morning, candidates will take the Listening - Reading - Writing test. In the afternoon, they will take the Speaking test.

This is the first IELTS international English certificate exam held at Duy Tan Foreign Language Center.
Previously, in early June 2025, the Ministry of Education and Training approved the joint organization of the IELTS English proficiency test and certificate for Duy Tan Foreign Language Center. This will help reduce travel costs for candidates in the province as well as neighboring provinces when taking this exam.
To meet the requirements for organizing this exam, Duy Tan Foreign Language Center has arranged 3 IELTS SPEAKING TEST ROOMs, including a waiting area, to organize the speaking test, in which the equipment is connected according to the process; arranged listening, reading, and writing test rooms on computers in the IELTS ON COMPUTER ROOM, which has supporting equipment for the test sections; and arranged a BACK DROP AREA with lockers for candidates to store their belongings and wait for the exam.
The EXAMS ADMIN ROOM is equipped with a locally connected camera to ensure recording of the exam process, with a safe to store exam papers, recording equipment, etc.
