At sea, the Northwestern East Sea (including Hoang Sa sea area) has strong winds of level 6-7, waves 2-4.5m high; the sea area from Thanh Hoa to Hue City (including Hon Ngu, Con Co) has winds gradually increasing to level 6-7, near the storm center level 8, gusts level 10, rough seas. The water level rises along the coast of Nghe An - Hue City from 0.2-0.4m.
On land, from noon on August 30, the coastal area of Nghe An-Quang Tri has strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 8; Ha Tinh -North Quang Tri has winds of level 6-7, near the storm center of level 8, gusting to level 10.
From August 30 to 31, the Thanh Hoa-Hue City area will have heavy to very heavy rain of 150-300mm, locally over 500mm. The midlands, the Northern Delta and Da Nang will have moderate to heavy rain, in some places very heavy rain of 70-150mm, locally over 300mm.
