The Public Administration Service Centers at all levels have received more than 224,900 records, of which more than 171,900 records have been processed and returned results. In particular, the “Digital Literacy for All” movement was widely deployed at 96 connecting points, attracting nearly 5,900 commune-level civil servants and officials and nearly 1,800 officials from agencies and units to participate in training courses on artificial intelligence. The movement created a vibrant learning environment, promoting people’s access to digital skills.
The satisfaction index of people and businesses with public administrative services reached over 82%. The criteria of transparency, processing progress, online services and digitalization of records were all highly appreciated. This is a clear demonstration of the province's efforts in administrative reform and digital transformation.
