According to a report by the US software company ZeroBounce, Australia rose to first place in the list of top 10 countries using artificial intelligence (AI) the most in the world .

Australia ranked first with a total of 38 million searches on the two applications ChatGPT and Gemini, an average of 1.42 searches per person, far surpassing second place Singapore - the only Southeast Asian country in the ranking. The remaining representative of Asia is the United Arab Emirates (UAE) ranked 6th.
Switzerland, Ukraine and Portugal took third, fourth and fifth places respectively. Denmark appeared in seventh place, France and Canada appeared in ninth and eighth places.
According to ZeroBounce, French people spent 6 million searches on tech tools, 1 million fewer than Canada. New Zealand came in last with 603,800 searches.
According to a report by the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the country's technology workforce is expected to surpass 1 million people by 2024, up 60% since 2014, and is forecast to need 1.3 million people by 2030 to meet demand in the technology sector.
“Technology is impacting every aspect of our lives, especially in business, and we need to build our national capacity to harness the full potential of emerging technologies and compete on the global stage,” said ACS CEO Josh Griggs.
