Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai continues to be Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee, was re-elected as Secretary of the 18th Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Along with Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai, the Standing Committee of the 18th Hanoi Party Committee also has 4 Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVIII.

The 4 Deputy Secretaries of the Hanoi Party Committee include: Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the 17th Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee; Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha, Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai (59 years old), from Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province; master's degree, bachelor's degree in law. Ms. Hoai is Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee, member of the 9th (alternate), 11th, 12th, 13th Party Central Committee.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai has held the following positions: Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Nam province, Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Phu Ly City Party Committee (Ha Nam province), Vice Chairman and then Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers' Union.

Since 2011, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai has been Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, then held the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission in 2018.

At the 13th National Party Congress in 2021, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was re-elected to the Party Central Committee and elected to the Party Central Committee Secretariat for the 2021-2026 term.

In April 2021, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was assigned to hold the position of Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization. At the 9th Central Conference of the 13th term, which opened on the morning of May 16, 2024, the Party Central Committee elected Ms. Hoai to join the 13th Politburo.

In July 2024, the Politburo decided to assign Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVII.
