On the morning of October 18, 2024, in the capital Vientiane (Laos), Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam Tran Thanh Man , Chairman of the Lao National Assembly, President of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) Saysomphone Phomvihane and Chairman of the Cambodian National Assembly Samdech Khuon Sudary had a working breakfast.
