The victory of Vietnam's struggle for independence has become a source of inspiration for many national liberation movements in the world , including Algeria.
The close relationship between the people of the two countries was concretely demonstrated by the establishment of the Vietnam - Algeria Friendship Association in 1986. Fifteen years later, the Algeria - Vietnam Friendship Association was also born.
