Bac Lieu announced the Decision to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department

Bac Lieu officially established 2 Party Committees; merged the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.

On February 6, Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the organization and personnel work according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on continuing to innovate and organize the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee decided to mobilize and appoint leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee was established on the basis of merging the existing Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department. The unit has 6 internal focal points, including: Office; Party Political and Historical Theory Department; Propaganda, Press and Publishing Department; Science, Culture, Arts Department; Mass Mobilization Department of State Agencies, Ethnicities and Religions Department; Department of Mass Organizations and Associations.

Regarding staffing, maintain the current number of staff in the two agencies and implement the staff streamlining roadmap according to regulations.

The conference also announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. Specifically, the transfer and appointment of Mr. Ta Trung Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, to hold the position of Head of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Along with that, Mr. Vo Van Luc, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Mr. Tang Hong Truong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Mr. Pham Minh Luyen, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and Ms. Truong Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, were appointed as Deputy Heads of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee.

Also at the Conference to announce the Decision of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the arrangement of apparatus and personnel work, the Bac Lieu Party Executive Committee decided to establish the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee of agencies. Accordingly, the activities of the Provincial Party Committee of agencies were terminated, 29 grassroots party organizations and 564 party members of the Provincial Party Committee of agencies were transferred to the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee of agencies.

The Party Committee of Bac Lieu Provincial Agencies is an organization directly under the Party Committee of Bac Lieu Province and is the direct superior of the subordinate grassroots party organizations with legal status, its own seal and account, and is equipped with facilities and working means according to regulations. The working headquarters is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies.

At the same time, establish the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, transfer 50 grassroots party organizations and 3,960 members of the Party Committee of the provincial agencies to be directly under the Party Committee of the Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee. The working headquarters is at the Provincial People's Committee.
