(DN) - On the morning of October 27, Dong Nai Department of Health held a conference to announce the decision to appoint the Director of Thong Nhat General Hospital. Accordingly, specialist doctor II Nguyen Tuong Quang, Deputy Director in charge, was awarded the decision to appoint the Director of Thong Nhat General Hospital, with a term of appointment of 5 years from October 23, 2025.

Before being appointed as director, Dr. Nguyen Tuong Quang was a doctor, Deputy Head of Department, Head of Department of Orthopedics and Burns, then Deputy Director, Deputy Director in charge of the hospital.

Speaking at the conference, Director of the Department of Health Do Thi Nguyen emphasized: The appointment of Director of Thong Nhat General Hospital is an important event in the organization of staff of the health sector, demonstrating the trust of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Health in the hospital as well as Dr. Nguyen Tuong Quang personally. This is not only a step to perfect the leadership apparatus, but also a recognition of the efforts, professional capacity and sense of responsibility of Dr. Nguyen Tuong Quang throughout his working time.
