Water on the river banks of Cau and Thuong rivers continued to fall. On the morning of October 12, on Cau river at K0 left dike Cau (old Hoa Son commune), the water level quickly receded to 4.5m, at K9+400 (Dai Mao village area - Hop Thinh commune) it receded to 3.5m, at K32+200 (at Dong Xuyen bridge) it receded to 2.5m. On Thuong river, at Km0 right dike Thuong (Cua Song village), the water level decreased 1.8m compared to the flood peak...

However, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh province continues to warn of the risk of major landslides. Localities need to closely coordinate with dike management forces, strengthen patrols and guard the dikes to promptly handle dike incidents such as erosion, landslides, and culverts under the dikes.

On the other hand, be fully prepared to implement the 4-on-the-spot handling principle. Continue to review and count the damage, develop a plan to repair damaged works and infrastructure affected by floods.
