Previously, all staff of Muong Tip Commune Health Station donated money for the family's travel expenses. However, due to the impact of floods from storm No. 3, the main road was severely eroded, and vehicles could not continue moving.
When they reached Xop Kham village, the border area between Muong Tip and Muong Xen communes, the pregnant woman H. suddenly went into labor and showed signs of being about to give birth. Unable to wait or turn back, the family called for help.
Upon receiving the urgent news, the doctors and nurses of Muong Xen Medical Station, Canh village cluster immediately set out, carrying all the specialized equipment, crossing forests and wading streams, racing against time.
