According to Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, during the implementation process, many localities and units have had good and creative ways of doing things and models. Some mountainous districts have inherited and encouraged ethnic minority households to apply model houses, suitable to their culture and customs.

In Tuy Phuoc district, additional support was provided to some households that were unable to work with a support level of 30 million VND/household for new construction and 15 million VND for households repairing; Tay Son district mobilized socialized resources up to nearly 50 billion VND to eliminate many more temporary and dilapidated houses...

Despite the large area, difficult traffic conditions, many households located deep in mountainous areas, harsh wind and rain, the Provincial Military Command still stuck to its post and completed 156 temporary and dilapidated houses for the Ba Na people.

Putting aside all duties, each officer and soldier at that time was a construction worker, a construction worker, closely supervising and being careful in every specific action and work. Thanks to that, the unit organized more than 250 trucks, transporting more than 1,000 tons of construction materials, crossing 20,000km of mountain passes, streams, and hills to ensure materials for households to repair and rebuild new houses..."

"4 truths" of Binh Dinh province

Recently, on behalf of the Prime Minister, Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Dao Ngoc Dung praised and highly appreciated the spirit and responsibility of Binh Dinh province. In just 8 months of implementing procedures and 3 months of starting work, Binh Dinh has completed 4,411 temporary and dilapidated houses; of which over 2,000 are for policy families.

According to the Minister, Binh Dinh has done 4 real things, including: Telling the truth (situation, quantity, needs), doing real work, real effectiveness and real people receiving support.

With 4,411 houses that Binh Dinh completed in 136 days, on average, you guys completed 32 houses/day. Compared to the whole country, many provinces that are doing well but we are urging them to do so only complete 26 houses/day. Binh Dinh province completed at a very high rate.

- Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Dao Ngoc Dung emphasized.

Notably, in addition to the general support regulations from the Central Government of 30 million VND for households repairing; 60 million VND for households building new houses, Binh Dinh province also mobilized many resources to provide better support, with an impressive figure of 40/80 - 40 million VND for repairs; 80 million VND for new construction...

Not stopping there, while many procedures from the Central Government were still stuck and the support funds had not been disbursed yet, Binh Dinh promoted the spirit of "3 dares": Dare to think, dare to do and dare to take responsibility - when using the entire budget and mobilizing social resources to eliminate over 2,000 temporary and dilapidated houses.
