At over 3 PM on April 29th, Da Ong Dia beach (Phu Hai ward) was crowded with tourists visiting and taking photos. Due to the hot weather, many tourists also went swimming to cool off. Food stalls on the beach were also full of people enjoying drinks and local specialties. Nguyen Dinh Chieu street was packed with cars and motorbikes parked on both sides.
