Hanoi's Management Board of Historical Sites and Scenic Spots has a new Deputy Director.

Comrade Dang Xuan Khue, Deputy Director of the Culture, Information and Sports Center of Hoang Liet Ward, has been assigned to and appointed as Deputy Director of the Hanoi Relics and Scenic Spots Management Board under the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports.

On the morning of June 1st, 2026, at the Management Board of Historical Sites and Scenic Spots, 90 Tho Nhuom Street, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports held a conference to announce decisions on personnel matters.

Comrade Le Thi Hong Hanh, Head of the Organization and Legal Affairs Department, announced the Decision.

Attending the conference were Comrade Pham Xuan Tai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Hanoi City Department of Culture and Sports; and Comrade Nguyen Kien Thuan, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Liet Ward.

Comrade Pham Xuan Tai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, presented the Decision and offered flowers to congratulate Comrade Dang Xuan Khue.

Also attending were representatives from the leadership of departments, divisions, and affiliated units of the Department: the Office, the Organization - Legal Affairs Department, the Hoa Lo Prison Relic Management Board; and leaders, officials, and employees of the Hanoi Relics and Scenic Spots Management Board.

Comrade Nguyen Kien Thuan, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Liet Ward, presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Dang Xuan Khue.

At the conference, Ms. Le Thi Hong Hanh, Head of the Organization and Legal Affairs Department, announced the Decision on personnel matters. According to Decision No. 421/QD-SVHTT dated May 11, 2026, of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports: Mr. Dang Xuan Khue, born on September 29, 1977, Deputy Director of the Hoang Liet Ward Culture, Information and Sports Center, is hereby appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Hanoi Relics and Scenic Spots Management Board under the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Comrade Dang Xuan Khue delivered a speech at the Conference.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Dang Xuan Khue expressed his honor at being entrusted with this important responsibility; and affirmed that he would continue to strive, uphold a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and work experience, and quickly adapt to his new duties.

He pledged to work together with the Board of Directors of the Hanoi Relics and Scenic Spots Management Board to build a united, responsible, and creative unit, successfully completing all assigned tasks. He also expressed his hope to continue receiving the attention, leadership, and guidance of the Department's Board of Directors in the future, both for himself personally and for the entire Hanoi Relics and Scenic Spots Management Board.

Comrade Pham Xuan Tai delivered a congratulatory speech and assigned tasks to Comrade Dang Xuan Khue.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Pham Xuan Tai, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, expressed his sincere gratitude to the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hoang Liet Ward for their attention to training and nurturing Comrade Dang Xuan Khue, contributing to the development of a pool of cadres for the Department.

Given the significant workload of the sector, especially the tasks of concretizing Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of Vietnamese culture and Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW on building and developing Hanoi in the new era, Comrade Pham Xuan Tai expressed his hope that Comrade Dang Xuan Khue, with his experience honed and matured from the grassroots level, would quickly adapt to the new working environment, firmly grasp the assigned tasks, and implement the work effectively, ensuring quality and progress.

He also expressed confidence that, after the restructuring of the Board of Directors, the collective of the Hanoi Relics and Scenic Spots Management Board will continue to promote the spirit of unity, build the unit into an increasingly strong organization, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Doan Van delivered a speech at the Conference.

Comrade Nguyen Doan Van, Director of the Hanoi Relics and Scenic Spots Management Board, respectfully thanked the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Department for their leadership and guidance on the Board's personnel work.

The comrade emphasized that the restructuring of the Board of Directors is an important addition, contributing to strengthening leadership and guidance capacity, creating more motivation and determination for the Hanoi Relics and Scenic Spots Management Board to continue building a united and strong team, and successfully fulfilling assigned tasks in the new situation.

The comrade affirmed that the collective of the Board will continue to strive, uphold the spirit of responsibility, innovation, and creativity in performing its tasks, worthy of the trust of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports.
