The submission to the Party Congress of Ha Giang 2 Ward clearly stated: Regarding the leadership and direction of Party congresses at all levels, the Party Executive Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward has developed a Project to arrange and establish grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward, Tuyen Quang Province.

The Party Committee has issued a Plan on organizing the first Congress of the Party Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward, term 2025-2030; issued Decisions to establish the Document Subcommittee, the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee, the Logistics Subcommittee and the Congress Support Teams. On that basis, the Subcommittees have developed working regulations, task implementation plans and assigned specific tasks to members.

At the same time, the Ward Party Executive Committee assigned the Document Group and the Document Group's support team to elaborately and methodically draft the Political Report. Conferences were held to collect comments from Party committee members, key officials, mass organizations and a large number of Party members and people in the area.

Comrade Tran Quang Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee spoke at the meeting.

The comments were compiled, seriously absorbed and the document was finalized in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee. Basically, the Political Report comprehensively and deeply summarized the implementation of the Party Congress Resolution of the 5 communes and wards before the merger for the 2020-2025 term, objectively assessing the achievements, limitations, weaknesses and causes...

As for the report on the preparation for the Congress of Minh Xuan Ward Party Committee, it also clearly shows the outstanding results in implementing the political goals and tasks in the past time. In particular, the work of building the Party and the political system has been strengthened, with many innovations, achieving many important results.

Contributing opinions to the documents of the Party Congress of Ha Giang 2 Ward and Minh Xuan Ward, the majority of opinions agreed with the draft and submissions that the Party Committees had proposed. However, the delegates said that the Party Committees need to clearly define each theme of the Congress, in order to clearly assess the potentials and advantages of each locality, the unique culture of the ethnic minorities in the area to orient socio-economic development, especially tourism, urban planning, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh highly appreciated the preparation work of the Party Committees for drafting documents, which was quite complete, basically meeting the requirements. The Party Committees need to review, evaluate fully and objectively, clarify the achieved results, the efforts of the Party Committees, the Government and the people in the coming term. In addition to the achieved results, it is also necessary to point out the main causes, shortcomings and lessons learned in the leadership and implementation.
