The Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of Ha Nam province organized the Buddha's Birthday Celebration PL2569 DL2025 — **Delegates attending the ceremony.**

Attending the Buddha's birthday ceremony were Most Venerable Thich Thanh Quyet, Vice President of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Head of the Executive Board of the Buddhist Sangha of Ha Nam province; leaders of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee, representatives of a number of departments and branches, monks and nuns, a large number of followers, Buddhists of Bau pagoda and people.

After the ceremony of asking Buddha for blessings and for national peace and prosperity, the entire congregation listened to Venerable Thich Thien Huong, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of Ha Nam province, read the message of the PL2569 Buddha's Birthday Celebration of the Supreme Patriarch of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.

Next, Most Venerable Thich Thanh Quyet, Vice President of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Head of the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of Ha Nam province, read a speech and the meaning of the Buddha's birthday. The message and speech called on every Buddhist around the world to always diligently practice, spread love to all living beings, light up the world with the light of compassion and wisdom; unite, be harmonious and actively work with humanity to create a truly peaceful and happy world . Taking people as the center, respecting dignity, leaving no one behind on the journey of sustainable development. The Sangha called on monks, nuns and Buddhists to enhance their responsibility, maintain discipline, and at the same time, innovate their methods of propagating the Dharma. Buddhism needs to continue to engage with the world, connect with the nation, and contribute to building a happy and sustainable society.

The 2025 Vesak Celebration is not only an occasion for every Buddhist to commemorate the three great events in the life of Buddha Shakyamuni: Birth - Enlightenment - Nirvana, but also a day of global cultural and spiritual convergence, where humanity together turns towards the universal values of Buddhist wisdom: Compassion, wisdom and peace for today's world...

In a solemn atmosphere, the Venerables and all Buddhists performed the incense offering and Buddha bathing rituals, expressing their respect to the World-Honored One - the Supreme Teacher, vowing to follow the vows of compassion, wisdom and liberation.

At the end of the ceremony, delegates, monks, followers and Buddhists performed the ritual of releasing balloons and peace birds to pray for national peace, eternal Dharma, and happiness for all beings. Also at the program, the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of Ha Nam province awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with achievements in the development of Buddhism in Ha Nam province.
