The conference was held in person at the headquarters of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and online at 42 locations with the participation of more than 3,200 party members.

Briefly announcing the results of the 13th Central Conference, comrade Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, said that in the spirit of serious work and high responsibility, the 13th Central Conference completed all the contents of the proposed program, agreed on many important contents of strategic significance, related to the success of the 14th National Party Congress and the goal of rapid and sustainable development of the country; improving people's lives.

The Central Committee unanimously agreed that the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, especially the draft Political Report, were carefully and thoroughly prepared, covering all contents, absorbing comments from Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, especially the direction of the General Secretary on the requirement to improve strategic autonomy capacity, perfect development institutions associated with implementing 4 transformations (digital transformation, green transformation, energy transformation, structural transformation and improving the quality of human resources), on the principle of ensuring stability, breakthroughs, development and improving the material and spiritual life and happiness of the people.

Regarding the personnel work of the 14th Party Congress, the 13th Central Conference assessed that agencies and units have basically seriously implemented the orientation of the Personnel Subcommittee and the Politburo in implementing the process of introducing personnel to join the 14th Party Central Committee. At the 13th Central Conference, the Party Central Committee elected 4 additional members of the 13th Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission ; and carried out many other important contents.

Comrade Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies, spoke at the conference.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, presented the topic of implementing the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Congress of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, term 2025-2030. The Action Program is the basis for the subordinate Party Committees; committees and staff units assisting the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies to focus on implementation.

Comrade Nguyen Long Hai emphasized that in the coming time, the Party Committee needs to continue to comprehensively and synchronously carry out all aspects of Party building and organization work; lead and coordinate the implementation of political tasks synchronously and comprehensively, aiming to improve the strategic advisory capacity and operational efficiency of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies. Party Committees and Party committees at all levels need to be proactive and flexible in leadership and direction, strengthen close coordination and unity among agencies; promote collective intelligence and the role of cadres, experts and scientists ; encourage innovation, the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, daring to make breakthroughs for the common good.

Regarding the implementation of solutions to implement the Resolution and the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Congress for the 2025-2030 term, he requested that the subordinate Party Committees focus on leading and directing the implementation of the conclusions of the 13th Central Conference and the Resolution of the Party Congresses of the Central Party agencies; concretize the Action Program with plans and work programs suitable to the characteristics, situation, political tasks, and professional work of each agency and unit; strengthen inspection and supervision of implementation to ensure that the Resolution is implemented immediately and effectively in life.
