Ensuring traffic safety and order during the National Achievement Exhibition

(laichau.gov.vn) The Government Office has just issued Document No. 8116/VPCP-CN conveying the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh on ensuring traffic safety and order during the organization of the National Achievement Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day.

To ensure traffic order and safety during the organization of the National Achievement Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day from August 28 to September 5, 2025 (Exhibition), Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh requested the Ministry of Public Security to direct the Hanoi City Police and the Police of relevant units to coordinate with the functional forces of Hanoi City and relevant units to organize reasonable and scientific traffic flow, to avoid traffic congestion in the Exhibition area and neighboring areas; arrange forces to patrol, control, guide people and traffic participants to comply with the provisions of law on traffic order and safety; take immediate measures to handle violations in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Hanoi People's Committee directs the Department of Construction, the City Police and functional units in the area to have solutions to organize traffic, prevent traffic congestion in the Exhibition area and neighboring areas; coordinate with media agencies to promote propaganda work so that people and traffic participants raise awareness of complying with legal regulations in the Exhibition area, absolutely do not have any violations, obstruct traffic activities, affect the Exhibition activities.

Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam News Agency and other news agencies and newspapers will step up propaganda work (regularly and continuously during the Exhibition) so that traffic participants and people comply with the regulations of the authorities in traffic flow and organization in the Exhibition area.
