Agribank Insurance and Agribank launched the competition program "Steady steps to success

Recently, Agribank Insurance and Agribank held the Launching Ceremony of the emulation program “Steady steps to success – Discover the world with ABIC”. Attending the ceremony on behalf of Agribank were Mr. Le Hong Phuc, Deputy General Director of Agribank, Representatives of the Personal Customer Department, Corporate Customer Department and Communications Department; On behalf of Agribank Insurance were Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong – General Director and comrades in the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board.

At the Launching Ceremony, Mr. Le Hong Phuc, Deputy General Director of Agribank and Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong - General Director of Agribank Insurance jointly signed the launch of the emulation program "Steady steps to success - Discover the world with ABIC" under the witness of the leaders of the two units. Immediately after the signing ceremony, representatives of Agribank and ABIC pressed the button to officially launch the program.

The program "Steady steps to success - Discover the world with ABIC" is held from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The subjects of competition and award are Agribank General Agents who have signed an Insurance Agency Contract with Agribank Insurance, including Agribank Branches of type I, type II, Agribank Headquarters of Type I Branches, agents who have contributed to the Bancassurance distribution channel activities.
The competition targets for units are insurance premium sales, insurance premium sales growth and credit potential exploitation rate. In which, the insurance premium sales target in this competition program is the total insurance premium including pre-received revenue collected from customers during the competition period (excluding compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance).

Representatives of Agribank and ABIC pressed the button to officially launch the competition program.

The program has a total of 3,480 prizes for Agribank Type I and Type II Branches/Agribank Headquarters Type I Branches and agents (not including the Banca Cross-Sale Promotion Prize for Agribank Type I Branches). The total value of the prizes is expected to be more than 32 billion VND. The competition program awards Agribank Branches and agents with domestic or foreign Banca experience learning survey tickets. As for the monthly prizes for agents, they are awarded with shopping vouchers (agents can accumulate to convert into experience learning survey tickets).

It is known that the program "Steady steps to success - Discover the world with ABIC" is the first program jointly launched by Agribank and ABIC to deploy to the Agribank branch system and affiliated units nationwide after Agribank Insurance and Agribank signed a centralized General Agent contract. With the experience of exploiting and developing the Bancassurance distribution channel over the past 16 years, the competition program "Steady steps to success - Discover the world with ABIC" jointly organized by Agribank and Agribank Insurance will be a great success. Hopefully, in 2024, the program will honor many outstanding and typical units in insurance business activities.
