In the context of Vietnam gradually shifting to a green economic model, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting the use of clean energy, Agribank continues to affirm its pioneering role through synchronous green credit policies. Not only focusing on supporting areas such as clean agriculture, renewable energy and sustainable forestry, Agribank also expands to green consumption, contributing to changing people's habits, encouraging the use of environmentally friendly solutions in daily life, especially in choosing personal vehicles.

Recently, Agribank has launched a preferential loan program "Green Departure - Accompanying You" with a credit scale of up to 2,000 billion VND, for individual customers who need to borrow to buy cars and electric motorbikes. The program applies preferential interest rates from 4.5%/year, fixed for up to 18 months, supporting loans up to 100% of the vehicle value. Customers can choose to borrow in installments or according to a small-scale limit. The program is implemented from now until June 30, 2026 or until the disbursement limit is fully reached.

Not only does it help reduce the initial financial burden for people when choosing green vehicles, the program also clearly demonstrates Agribank's commitment to accompanying the Government in building a sustainable economic development. This is also part of Agribank's ESG development strategy - taking green development as a core pillar.

Over the years, Agribank has proactively directed credit flows into environmentally friendly fields, from providing green financial products, investing in clean agriculture , to supporting sustainable rural development projects, contributing to improving the quality of life for the community.
