On the afternoon of September 23, a delegation of Pasaxon Newspaper led by Comrade Vansay Tavinyan, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee and Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper, visited and worked at Nhan Dan Newspaper.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association , chaired the meeting. Also receiving the delegation of Pasaxon Newspaper were leaders of departments, offices and divisions of Nhan Dan Newspaper.

Thanking Nhan Dan Newspaper for the warm and friendly welcome, the Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper said that all members of the working delegation were looking forward to this very meaningful visit and work.

Comrade Vansay Tavinyan happily announced that after Nhan Dan Newspaper donated the new electronic newspaper system to Pasaxon Newspaper and the two press agencies signed a cooperation memorandum, Pasaxon Newspaper recorded many positive signals, the number of readers increased significantly.

Comrade Vansay Tavinyan said that in 2024, Pasaxon Newspaper sent a delegation to Nhan Dan Newspaper to participate in professional training, then organized a training course in Laos, bringing practical results and good quality.

The press products created by Pasaxon Newspaper based on the experience accumulated from the training course at Nhan Dan Newspaper have received positive feedback from readers. Therefore, comrade Vansay Tavinyan expressed his hope that Nhan Dan Newspaper will continue to coordinate in organizing training courses for Pasaxon reporters.

For his part, Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh expressed his impression of the progress of Pasaxon Newspaper and announced that Nhan Dan Newspaper had a plan to train Pasaxon Newspaper colleagues in applying artificial intelligence in journalism activities.

At the reception, comrade Le Quoc Minh summarized the activities of Nhan Dan Newspaper in the past year, emphasizing that many printed newspaper products have created a buzz, along with special pages, concerts and sports events... that were successfully organized. In 2024, Nhan Dan Newspaper is honored to be in the group of 10 central press agencies with excellent digital transformation results.

“Nhan Dan Newspaper has made many innovations in content and form, from print to electronic, thereby enhancing its position, bringing the press closer to the public, especially the youth.
