According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 7:00 a.m. on July 24, the center of storm No. 4 (international name Co-may) was located at about 16.4 degrees north latitude; 118.4 degrees east longitude, in the eastern sea of the northern East Sea.

Strongest wind in the area eye of the storm level 9 (75-88km/h), gust level 11; moving south-southeast at about 15km/h.
Storm forecast (in the next 24 to 72 hours):
At sea: In the eastern sea of the northern East Sea, there are strong winds of level 7-8, near the storm center, strong winds of level 9-10, gusting to level 12; waves 4-6m high. Very rough seas.
Ships operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
