In the activities of the grassroots trade union, the inspection and supervision work has contributed to timely detecting and preventing violations of the Charter, resolutions, directives and regulations of the Trade Union; enhancing the responsibility of management, finance and trade union assets, contributing to limiting negativity and corruption, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

The Yakjin Company's grassroots trade union always closely coordinates with the business owner to ensure the good performance of its function of representing legitimate and legal interests; strengthens propaganda and education for workers on the awareness of complying with the law, the Company's internal regulations, industrial style, improving professional skills and "self-protection" capacity. Organizes periodic health check-ups twice a year to establish health records, detect and prevent occupational diseases for workers...
The Company also fully deducts and pays social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in accordance with regulations, without any outstanding insurance premiums for employees. Coordinate with the company to develop a salary scale and make salary adjustments according to Decree 74/2024/ND-CP of the Government on regulations on regional minimum wages for employees working under labor contracts.
Mr. Nguyen Van Du - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union said: "Many legitimate opinions and recommendations of workers have been promptly resolved through the Labor Conference, dialogue between employers and employees... Actively coordinate with employers to implement grassroots democracy and periodic dialogue; review, negotiate, and promptly supplement the Collective Labor Agreement with provisions that are beneficial to workers".

In 2024, the Union will fully and promptly implement policies and regimes to visit and encourage workers when they are sick, have funerals, or happy occasions with a total amount of nearly 170 million VND. Support nearly 200 million VND for 315 cases of workers affected by storm No. 3.
To continue to perform well the function of caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, workers, union officials, especially members of the Executive Committee of the Union, must constantly study and improve their professional qualifications, union working skills, and understanding of legal policies to protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members.
