Cu Kuin District Police have just issued a decision to prosecute and order the temporary detention of Nguyen The Anh (born in 1999, residing in Ea Tieu Commune, Cu Kuin District) for 4 months to investigate the act of murder.
According to the initial investigation results, at around 9:00 p.m. on June 26, 2023, Mr. Nguyen Van Giao (born in 1986, residing in Ea Tieu commune) was driving a motorbike on the inner road of village 2 (Ea Tieu commune) to go home when he discovered Ho Phi Tue (born in 2003, residing in the same commune) driving a motorbike in the opposite direction.
Seeing Tue driving fast, Giao told him to drive slowly. Hearing that, Tue immediately stopped the car and the two of them argued and fought. After everyone intervened, Giao and Tue went home. However, because he was upset about being beaten, Giao asked a friend to take him to Tue's house to resolve the conflict. Knowing what happened, Nguyen The Anh (Giao's younger brother) also followed.

When reaching the intersection of village 2 and National Highway 27, Giao met Tue, and the two continued to fight. Seeing this, The Anh ran to stop them but was hit in the head by Tue. Angry, The Anh picked up a sharp knife (about 20 cm long, the type used to cut fruit) that he found nearby, rushed forward and stabbed Tue in the left side of her chest, breaking the blade in the victim's body.
Fortunately, Tue was taken to the hospital in time by her relatives so her life was not in danger, but her disability rate was 54%.
