Caught 18 gambling subjects

On August 22, An Minh Commune Police (An Giang Province) said that they had coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police to arrest 18 subjects participating in gambling in the form of cockfighting for money, in Thanh Phung Dong Hamlet, An Minh Commune.

The subjects gambled in the form of cockfighting for money at the scene.

Previously, at around 3:30 p.m. on August 21, based on a report from the public, An Minh Commune Police coordinated with the Provincial Police's Criminal Police Department to inspect and catch red-handed a gambling den at the house of Tran Van Khoi (born in 1972, Thanh Phung Dong Hamlet, An Minh Commune).

The police force detained 18 subjects, seized 6 million VND, 10 roosters, 2 pairs of iron spurs, and many related exhibits.
