At the Congress, delegates continued their discussion. Comrade Tran Thi Hien, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agencies, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, presented a speech: "Proactively detecting and preventing violations early and from afar - the role of the Party's inspection and supervision work in preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity".
Comrade Nguyen Quoc Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court presented a speech: "Strengthening the Party's leadership in performing the political tasks of the People's Court, meeting the requirements of judicial reform in the new era".
Comrade Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Central Office, Permanent Deputy Head of the Office of the Party Central Office presented a speech: "Improving the quality of consulting, pioneering in implementing digital transformation and administrative reform in the Party".
Comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies, Secretary of the Party Committees of the Agencies, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper presented a speech: "Building Nhan Dan Newspaper as an exemplary press agency of the Party, State and people in the new era".
Comrade Hoang Trung Dung, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies; Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency, Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine presented a speech: "Promoting the tradition of the political theory agency of the Party Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Communist Magazine Agency focuses on leading the improvement of the quality of political theory propaganda in the new era".
Comrade Nguyen Dung Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency, Deputy Head of the Office of the President, presented a speech: "Promoting the effectiveness of leadership and direction in implementing political tasks, improving the quality of research, consulting, and serving the President and Vice President".
At the Congress, on behalf of the Presidium, comrade Phan Thang An, member of the Party Executive Committee of the Central Party agencies, Party Secretary, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission, announced the Politburo's Decision on appointing 39 official delegates and five alternate delegates of the Party Committee to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress unanimously voted to pass the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of Central Party Agencies, term 2025-2030, with many important contents on the results of implementing the Resolution for the term 2020-2025; motto, direction, goals, including five targets, three groups of tasks, solutions and three breakthroughs for the term 2025-2030.
Three breakthroughs include: First, continuing to strongly innovate thinking and action, raising the level of strategic advisory work of Central Party agencies. Focusing on improving the quality of practical summary work, theoretical research; advising on the development and promulgation of resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the Party that are appropriate to strategic policies, ensuring high actionability and feasibility; leading innovation in law-making and enforcement work, meeting the requirements of national development in the new era.
Second, building a team of cadres and party members with adequate qualities, capacity, prestige, and equal to the tasks, especially leaders, managers, strategic staff, and leading experts to meet the requirements and tasks of the new development period.
Third, promote administrative reform, apply information technology, digital transformation; strongly innovate leadership methods, direction, working style and manners to ensure science, professionalism and efficiency.
In his closing speech at the Congress, Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies affirmed that, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Setting an example - Breakthrough - Development", the first Congress of Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies was a great success. The Congress promoted democracy, focused on intelligence, discussed enthusiastically, frankly, analyzed, and objectively and comprehensively evaluated the documents submitted to the Congress and the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress has united the strong will and actions of the entire Party Committee to be determined to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out by the Congress, to build a clean and strong Party Committee, exemplary, on par with the important position and role of the Party organization of the Party's strategic and key advisory bodies; with the determination to innovate, create, and improve the level of strategic advisory work, the capacity to advise on building and organizing the implementation of the Party's policies and resolutions, to build and enforce laws, to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency, and to lead and coordinate to successfully complete the set political tasks.
Comrade Tran Cam Tu emphasized that the Congress had unanimously voted to pass the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of Central Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, unity of will and aspiration to rise up of all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the entire Party. The success of the Congress has great political significance, affirming the leadership role of the Party in the new development period, and at the same time is an important premise for successfully implementing the set goals and tasks.
Emphasizing the key tasks in the coming time, comrade Tran Cam Tu requested Party committees, Party organizations and all cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to continue to promote the strength of solidarity, overcome all difficulties and challenges, continue to strongly innovate thinking and action, improve the quality of all aspects of work, especially strategic advisory work, strive to excellently fulfill the goals and tasks set by the Congress, build a truly clean and strong Party organization, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the country's development goals in the new era.
