Closing the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

The Congress promoted democracy, focused on intelligence, discussed and contributed many opinions and unanimously approved important documents, namely: Political Report, Review Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, 14th term, Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress. The Congress reached a high consensus, affirming that the results achieved in the past term were extremely important, creating many clear and comprehensive changes in the fields of Party building, political system building, socio-economic development and national defense and security. The Congress also frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings, analyzed the causes and drew practical lessons. On that basis, the Congress emphasized 10 key tasks and 03 strategic breakthroughs to accelerate the province's socio-economic development in the next 5 years and the following years, with the determination to build Dien Bien into a province developing in the direction of green, smart, sustainable economy and becoming a fairly developed province in the region, together with the whole country entering a new era of development - the era of prosperity and development of the Vietnamese people.

The Congress wisely trusted, selected and elected the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 15th term, 2025 - 2030, including 52 exemplary comrades, worthy, meeting the standards of moral qualities, capacity, and qualifications according to regulations, representing nearly 50,000 Party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee to assign tasks and shoulder the responsibilities assigned by the Party Committee and the People. The Congress elected a delegation of 17 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates to ensure the standards, structure and representation of the will and aspirations of the Party Committee, government and People in the province to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Congress highly agreed and voted to pass the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; at the same time, assigned the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XV, to receive comments, supplement and complete the documents of the Congress and focus on leading, directing, deploying and organizing the successful implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Congress. Building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; continuing to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; promoting the strength of great national unity; effectively exploiting potentials and advantages, promoting socio -economic development, expanding foreign relations, ensuring national defense and security; building Dien Bien province to develop rapidly and sustainably.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Congress, Mr. Tran Tien Dung - Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee said that the 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, has completed all the contents and programs set out. Based on the assessment of the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the term 2020-2025, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; fully and deeply grasping the spirit of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, and the direction speech of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang - Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council on attending and directing the Congress.
