Closing Ceremony of the Agribank Binh Thuan Staff Talent and Elegance Contest

BTO - Agribank Binh Thuan held the closing ceremony of the "Talented and Elegant Agribank Staff" competition. Attendees included Mr. Pham Van Trinh – former Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Branch, and representatives from relevant provincial departments.

After two days (June 1st and 2nd) of competition in three categories: "Who We Are"; artistic performances showcasing talents through team presentations; and a talent competition on knowledge and professional skills in Agribank, the Agribank Binh Thuan Staff Talent and Elegance Contest unfolded vibrantly, with many challenging and in-depth professional handling situations creating an engaging competition. 145 contestants from 15 Agribank branches in the province demonstrated high professional skills as well as elegance in customer interactions.

The overall first prize went to Agribank Ham Thuan Bac Branch, second prize to Agribank Tuy Phong Branch, and the two third prizes went to the Provincial Head Office and Agribank Ham My Branch. Agribank Duc Linh and Phan Ri Cua Branches received consolation prizes. In addition to the team prizes, the organizers also awarded other supplementary prizes to the branches with the highest scores in each competition category.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuc – Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union of Agribank Binh Thuan, and Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition – said: "The competition was a great success. It aimed to foster unity within the Agribank system. Agribank employees gained more experience and knowledge from their colleagues to better serve customers. Through the competition, employees not only became more proficient in their professional skills and elegant, but also developed a deeper sense of camaraderie among Agribank employees through their conduct and behavior."

The teams received flags and performed their acts at the competition.
