Arrested just 20 minutes after stealing the car.

On the morning of February 6th, the Vinh Trach Commune Police (An Giang Province) announced that the Provincial Police Investigation Agency had issued a decision to temporarily detain Nguyen Tan Lam, born in 1991, residing in Dong Thinh 5 Hamlet, Long Xuyen Ward (An Giang Province), on charges of "theft of property".

Lam was arrested 20 minutes after stealing the motorbike.

According to initial information, at approximately 11:00 AM on February 5th, Nguyen Tan Lam was driving a motorcycle (without a registration certificate) to the Vinh Trung hamlet, Vinh Trach commune ( An Giang province), when he spotted a motorcycle with license plate 67H2-4536 parked in the yard of Mr. Pham Van Quanh's house, and decided to steal it.

Seeing no one around, Lam left his own car and went to steal Mr. Quanh's car. At this point, Mr. Quanh noticed and shouted for help, chasing after him while simultaneously calling the police.

Upon receiving the report, the Vinh Trach commune police deployed forces to set up roadblocks and organize a pursuit. At approximately 11:20 AM the same day, they apprehended Lam along with the evidence.
