Hoa Binh City Party Secretary Ngo Ngoc Duc ceases to hold positions

The Organizing Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2051-CV/BTCTU on informing the meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Accordingly, on April 12, 2023, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee met and agreed to let Mr. Ngo Ngoc Duc, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee, cease to hold the positions of Member of the Executive Committee of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee and the position of Secretary of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; cease to hold the positions of Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025 according to his personal wishes.

Mr. Ngo Ngoc Duc ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee unanimously assigned Mr. Hoang Van Minh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee, to direct the activities of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee Executive Committee and the Hoa Binh City Party Committee Standing Committee from April 13, 2023 until the personnel of the Secretary of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee is completed./.

Mr. Ngo Ngoc Duc (born in 1974), hometown Hop Thanh commune, My Duc district, Hanoi, has a university degree, majoring in Road and Bridge Construction; Bachelor of Politics , majoring in Organization. Mr. Duc held the position of Director of the Department of Construction of Hoa Binh province before becoming Secretary of the Hoa Binh City Party Committee.
