Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang surveyed the Public Administration Service Center of Con Dao Special Zone.

On August 27, comrade Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, and a working delegation visited and worked with the Executive Committee of the Con Dao Special Zone Party Committee.

Accompanying the delegation were comrade Nguyen Van Duoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and comrades of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, leaders of the city's departments, branches and sectors.

Before the working session, the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and the working delegation visited and grasped the operational situation of the Con Dao Special Zone Public Administration Service Center.

Comrade Tran Luu Quang listened to the center's leaders report on the center's operations in the past time. He also inquired about the working conditions of the staff receiving and processing administrative procedures (TTHC) at the center.

At the same time, listen to reports on data synchronization between the city's Administrative Procedures Information System and the National Public Service Portal, other databases; the situation of handling records for people; and on administrative procedures for land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose transfer which have been shortened to 15 days for processing (previously 30 days).

From July 1 to August 15, the Con Dao Special Zone Public Administration Service Center received 798 applications, of which 497 were online applications; 301 were in person and by postal service.

The total number of administrative procedures publicly announced on the National Public Service Portal is 398; the number of administrative procedures providing online public services (DVC) in full is 99, and in part is 299. Records and documents are stored according to regulations in the archives of the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the special zone; 193,700 pages of documents (100%) of the People's Committee of the special zone have been digitized and documents stored in the Party Committee Archives are being digitized.

Con Dao is a special zone under Ho Chi Minh City located in the southeast sea of the country, with a total area of 76.78 km ² , a population of about 12,500 people and 9 residential areas. Con Dao special zone was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area, population size, and socio -economic conditions of the former Con Dao district.

Up to now, after nearly 2 months of officially operating the 2-level local government model, the agencies and organizations in the special zone have been guaranteed in terms of staffing and resources (on the basis of inheriting the status quo of staffing and resources of Con Dao district before), basically ensuring synchronous operations, without arising any difficulties or inadequacies in leadership, direction and operation.
