On behalf of the provincial leaders, Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang kindly inquired about the living conditions and health of policy families. At the same time, he expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded and sick soldiers, in the cause of fighting for national liberation and reunification.

Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang affirmed that over the years, the Party, State, local Party committees and authorities have always paid attention to and well implemented the good morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the nation. Especially on the occasion of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the province organized delegations to visit and present gifts to policy families throughout the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang hopes that families will continue to make efforts, overcome difficulties, promote revolutionary traditions, take the lead in implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines, and always be a shining example for future generations to learn from and follow.
Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang also requested that local Party committees, authorities, departments, branches and organizations must regularly pay attention to and take care of the material and spiritual lives of families with meritorious services to the revolution, and properly implement the nation's ethics of "remembering the source of water when drinking" and "repaying gratitude".
