BIDV Ha Long provides credit for Monbay TV apartment project

Perspective of the apartment, commercial service and office building of the modern new urban area project east of Cap Be island.

With a prime location right on the shore of Ha Long Bay, the project has a scale of 28 floors above ground and 3 basements on a land area of 10,115m², with a total floor area of apartments and services of nearly 130,000m2 (excluding technical basements and shelters). The total number of apartments is 845, of which 820 are apartments and 25 are shophouses. The population is about 3,300 people. After completion and put into use, the project will not only contribute to creating a new, synchronous and modern urban area, but also open up opportunities for socio -economic development for Ha Long City. Monbay TV informs about project progress, investor capacity and bank commitment in credit financing for the project.

Currently, Monbay TV Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has been handed over the land, granted the Land Use Rights Certificate for the project, completed the bored piles, diaphragm walls and is constructing the basement and the body of the building. The expected progress of the project is as follows: Completion of the basement construction in the fourth quarter of 2025; completion of the body construction and basic finishing in the fourth quarter of 2026; completion of acceptance and putting into use in the first quarter of 2027.

BIDV Bank Ha Long Branch and Monbay TV Investment and Development Joint Stock Company signed a project credit contract.

Based on the loan request of Monbay TV Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and after a thorough appraisal process, assessing the financial capacity and feasibility of the project, BIDV Ha Long Bank decided to grant credit to Monbay TV Joint Stock Company with the amount of 1,750 billion VND.

The signing ceremony of the project financing credit contract demonstrated the goodwill and prestige of both parties and was also a clear demonstration of the determination to develop together between BIDV Ha Long and Monbay TV Joint Stock Company, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
