Using eKYC, corporate customers do not need to go directly to the transaction counter because the entire process from collecting information, verifying identity, opening an account to registering for services is done on a digital platform, without the need for paper documents. Customers can receive money into their account after only 10 minutes and make a transfer within 4 hours of completing the registration. eKYC brings a modern, fast, convenient and safe banking experience to corporate customers in the digital transformation era.

BIDV representative received the Sao Khue Award 2025 for the electronic identification solution for institutional customers.

Not only applicable to new customers, eKYC also supports existing BIDV corporate customers to open payment accounts (for the first time) or register for new BIDV iBank e-banking services. Customers only need to install the BIDV iBank application, have a digital signature of the legal representative and have a mobile device with Near Field Communication (NFC) mode installed to perform biometric authentication of the legal representative.

The eKYC system for institutional customers applies advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), biometric identification and multi-layer data encryption, ensuring absolute security of customer information, complying with the regulations of the State Bank on electronic identification and data security. With its outstanding advantages, BIDV's eKYC system for institutional customers has been honored with the Sao Khue 2025 award by the Vietnam Association of Software and Information Technology Services (VINASA).
